CHEST WIDTH is the measurment of the shirt on one side if it were laying flat.
SLEEVE LENGTH is the measurement of the shirt from the center of the back neck, over the shoulder and to the end of the sleeve.
BODY LENGTH AT BACK is the topmost part of the back of the shirt all the way to the lowest part by the waist.
