If an order includes merchandise from multiple organizations, each organization receives only information related to purchases of its own merchandise. Your purchase does not authorize us to distribute your contact information to unrelated merchandise partners.
The partner-sharing described here is limited to purchase and merchandise-program purposes. It does not authorize unrelated partner marketing. Contact the organization directly with questions about its handling of information it receives.
Service providers and required disclosures
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Information is processed through Shopify and the service providers involved in operating the store and completing your purchase.
Depending on the service needed, relevant information may be provided to payment processors, shipping carriers, production or fulfillment providers, and providers supporting customer service or email delivery. For example, a carrier needs your delivery address, and a production provider may need the personalization details for your item.
Some production or fulfillment takes place offsite or abroad. Information needed to complete those orders may be processed outside the United States.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a court order.
Emails and unsubscribing
Order and customer service emails
We use your email address to respond to inquiries and send necessary communications about orders, production, payments, shipping, or customer service.
Promotional emails
rgbCOMMERCE, Inc. may use your email address for its own promotional communications, including new merchandise, product announcements, and special offers, subject to applicable marketing requirements.
You can unsubscribe through the link in a promotional email or by emailing dropship@rgbcommerce.com. We will honor requests to stop promotional emails within 10 business days.
Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not stop necessary communications about an existing order, shipping, or customer service.
Payment information and security
Payment information is transmitted through encrypted checkout connections and handled by our payment providers to process your purchase. rgbCOMMERCE, Inc. does not sell or rent credit card information.
Payment providers receive the information needed to authorize and process transactions. Payment card information is not included in the customer name and email sharing described for merchandise partners.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect customer information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Information retention
We retain customer information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide customer service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
Retention periods vary with the type of information and its purpose. Some records may need to be retained after an order is completed or a deletion request is received.

To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email dropship@rgbcommerce.com. Include the email address associated with your account or order and describe your request. Do not include payment card numbers.
