At rgbCOMMERCE, every item is made just for you with care and attention. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. But don’t worry—we’re here to help!

However, there are some exceptions:

1. Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we’ll replace it for free, including shipping costs. We may send you a return label to send the incorrect item back—don’t worry, we’ll cover the cost.

2. Damaged Items

If your item was damaged during shipping, please take a photo and email it to us within 3 business days of receiving your package. We may also ask for pictures of the packaging to help us identify the issue. Once we have all the details, we’ll get back to you with a resolution within 3 business days.
